Case 2 Becoming an "education and training leader"

In the case of certified care worker S from Kishiwada Tokushuen, a long-term care health facility in Osaka

 

At the facility where Mr. S works, we held a study session on Mickel Art for facility staff, and now almost all staff can use Mickel Art. Mr. S has submitted a number of improvement cases for people with severe dementia, and the results have been announced at the LTCF research conference. At the Mickel Art Symposium held at the venue of the Japan Dementia Care Society in 2016, he served as a panelist along with the developer of Mickel Art. It is expected that they will continue to play an active role in the future.

The communication tool "Mikkel Art" developed by our company has been jointly researched with Tokyo Medical and Dental University and others, and its effectiveness in alleviating peripheral symptoms has been confirmed. Received the Society Award from the Japan Dementia Care Society and the Japan Dementia Prevention Society. Based on the evidence (grounds) obtained from research, etc., we have created a Mickel training (correspondence education system), and about 400 people have completed it.
